Abstract

The main problem of this research is how to apply Adaptive Leadership Attitude at the Office of Micro Business Cooperatives and Manpower in Banjarmasin City in the Economic Recovery of MSME Actors in Banjarmasin City. This study aims to describe matters relating to the Application of Adaptive Leadership Attitudes at the Office of Micro Business Cooperatives and Manpower in Banjarmasin City in the Economic Recovery of MSME Actors in Banjarmasin City. The research method uses a qualitative approach where this research emphasizes descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people who are the source of the observed behavior, which aims to understand how the implementation and process of the formation of Adaptive Leadership in the implementation of the Bahuma program (Bausaha tanpa bunga) in the city of Banjarmasin. One of the programs carried out by the government in dealing with this is the launch of the “BAHUMA” program which is headed by the Head of the Banjarmasin City Manpower and Micro Business Cooperatives Office.
